" More often than not, finding a professional to aid in handling a major purchase, such as a house, is often similar to trying to find a unicorn that someone said was walking through a dewy meadow after a summer rain with a giant rainbow in the background.
I had the pleasure of meeting James when I was looking for a second home in the Reno / Sparks area. While this venture did not work out, I had the opportunity, a few months later, to purchase a home that I thought I would never have the chance to acquire.

The only way I could obtain the property was to sell another property in a 1031 exchange. This was my first 1031 exchange and what James did for me was exceptional. James coordinated all parties involved (buyer agent of my property, my selling agent, the selling agent of my new property and not to forget the 1031 exchange company), James shined throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered, not to mention "talking me off the ledge" more than once.
The entire 1031 exchange was like threading the needle, James held it all together, I was impressed, and truly thankful for all his diligent work. I will say that I am very fortunate to have met him.
